The product of this project is the in-wheel motor drive axle assembly, including the drive axle bracket, the connecting rod for the connection of the vehicle chassis, two in-wheel motors (both including inverter and power electronics), two sets of vehicle braking systems, PCM ( distributed drive system), air suspension, wheels and tires. The hub motor drive axle assembly can directly replace the original drive axle and can be directly installed on the chassis of the vehicle.

This product directly integrates the motor into the wheel, reducing 80% of moving parts, using the concept of high-efficiency motor, the energy efficiency of the battery to the wheel reaches 92%, and the braking is directly converted into electricity, maximizing the efficiency. Therefore, It minimizes operating and maintenance costs and provides maximum design freedom. The technology can be applied to new and modified vehicles and can improve driving comfort and minimize noise


The products of this project are mainly used in urban buses, logistics vehicles and heavy trucks. At present, the products have been applied in buses in 5 European cities. In China, prototype trials have been completed on buses such as Suzhou Jinlong and Nanjing Jinlong, and they have been well received. . The drive axle has a load of 12.5 tons and can match buses under 12 meters. The use of the drive axle can realize the low floor of the bus, for example, a 12-meter bus can realize three doors, which effectively improves the speed of passengers getting on and off the bus. At the same time, energy recovery can be achieved thanks to the in-wheel motor and mechanical braking system.
